The inspiration for this film stemmed from a story shared by a friend about his regrets from a recent relationship. He confessed to being apprehensive about committing because he found himself envisioning a serious future with his partner, a feeling unfamiliar to him. One particular moment that resonated deeply with me was when he realized the seriousness of their connection. He could vividly picture himself opening a cafe while his partner launched their pottery studio next door. This moment revealed a vulnerability in my friend, who had always been career-oriented and had never envisioned himself leading a slower-paced life with someone.
